Hi, I’m

Collaborative Creative Designer

Allow me to introduce myself and my journey of creativity! We’ll start with college - because that’s where I started to hone in on who I am and my skills.

I studied Industrial Design at Georgia Tech where my knack for problem solving and creativity developed. Communicating ideas, developing them and turning them into a finished product by utilizing graphic design, the latest technology, and working till the wee hours of the morning in the shop is where my passion for designing and working on a computer intertwined.

Desktop publishing opportunities opened the door to work in a variety of environments with many different clients - learning something new with each client.

  • Working with Siemens International on their logo specification manual was instrumental in teaching me brand identity.

  • American Express Travel Related Services taught me consistency and continuity.

  • Marketing Specifics Design Agency refined my ability to be efficient while maintaining quality as I created graphics for the Cliffs of Glassy and many other developments in a fast paced environment.

  • Working on Scholastic educational books taught me how to maintain branding while incorporating diversity and flare.

I recently ended a 13 year career as a Sales Account Executive for a commercial print company where I learned more about the relationship between design and print. There, I experienced new technology and advanced print options including digital printing, mailing, and variable data printing. The most important skill I refined was listening to clients and developing ongoing relationships.

For 20+ years I have volunteered creating weekly eNewsletters, ads for Facebook, social media marketing, creating events, signage, and other design projects for my community.

During the Pandemic I was drawn to new opportunities … and here I am!
I look forward to creating with you!
